How do you make a simple printed circuit board?

When the prototype design of electronic products has not been finalized, or when electronic hobbyists make amateur productions, it is often necessary to produce one or two Quick-turn PCB Prototypes for analysis and testing. If it is processed in a professional plate making factory, the cycle is long and uneconomical, so a simple method of hand-made printed circuit boards can be adopted for Low Cost Prototype PCB. First design the circuit schematic diagram and convert it into a printed circuit board diagram, and then proceed as follows:
(1) Blanking: Determine the geometric size of the copper-clad board according to the printed circuit board drawing.
(2) Cleaning: Remove dirt on the surface of the copper-clad board.
(3) Tracing: Copy the printed circuit diagram onto the circuit board with carbon paper.
(4) Coating protective layer: Coat protective liquid on the pad and printed wire.
(5) Corrosion: Put the circuit board coated with the protective liquid into the ferric chloride solution, and remove the unnecessary copper foil.
(6) Cleaning: Rinse the remaining solution with water.
(7) Drilling: Drill holes at the perforations of the pads.
(8) Apply flux.
(9) Apply solder resist.
