1. Materials, equipment and tools needed to prepare for assembly:

2. Inspection before Surface-Mount (SMT) &BGA Assembly:
1. Detailed inspection and circuit board inspection of the list to be assembled;
2, product shell inspection;
3. Check the shell of the product kit for defects and damage;
4. Inspect the buile-up printed board: visually check whether the printed board is intact, whether the solder resist coating on the surface is intact, whether there are obvious short circuits and short-circuit defects; use a multimeter to detect whether there is a short circuit between the power supply and the ground terminal on the printed board, etc.
Three, final assembly and shipment
1. The board with BGA and originality electronics IC must have heat dissipation glue and anti-collision pad;
2, align the mulit-wiring printed board and put it into the shell, pay attention to the floating Electronic Components not to hit the shell;
3. Install the screws to fix the printed circuit board, cover the shell and put on the final assembly screws;
4. Check whether the appearance is damaged or not;
5. Put product labels on;
