2. Q: You said that data can be viewed as long as I visit the internet, do you mean that I can also view data on a mobile phone?
A: Yes, of course. With this cloud software, you can view data in the computer, mobile phone or pad. Download “Cloud Patrol+” in the google play store, you can check data on your mobile phone(Android&IOS) at any time.
3. Q: If I want to replace the computer, can I still see history data in the new one?
A: You can see that. Different from the standalone software, you can operate cloud software in different computers with the same ID. Data will never be lost unless you delete it.
4. Q: Can I register different types of devices in the cloud software?
A: Of course you can. You can register different guard tour readers in this software, such as fingerprint guard tour reader, GPS guard tour reader and so on.
5. Q: Do I need to set something in the cloud software before using it?
A: Yes, the operation of cloud software is very simple. Necessary settings are finished before sending out. We can also send a user guide to you.
6. Q: Can the language of cloud software be modified?
A: No, it can’t. We have English-version cloud software, if you need to modify the language, you can choose standalone software.
