7:Do you test all your goods before delivery? How about your company testing?
A:Our products are 100% inspected before shipment, ensuring that each product received by customer is a qualified product.
Each product has undergone at least four full inspections during the production process:
First: When the PCBA circuit board module is completed
Second: When the wire harness is welded
Third: When the assembly is completed
Fourth: When packaging.
Meantime,our company will regularly take a part of the product for a few hours of aging, and can take a long time fatigue test to check its anti-attenuation ability. If one fails, the entire batch will be aged. Real implementation the quality policy: customer first, quality first !
In addition to aging, our company will also do ROHS, high and low temperature, UV protection, waterproof, anti-vibration test. For work lights and interior lights, we will regularly check whether the lumen values match the specifications. For products with CCC, DOT, ECE, ADR and other traffic safety certifications, our company will regularly check the lighting distribution to determine whether the batch products meet the regulatory requirements.
8: What is your terms of packing?
A:Generally, our products are available in bulk (bubble bag packaging), carton, double blister and single blister card. In the case of no indication, the default is bulk.
Also our company can assist customers in designing retail packaging. However, printing plate costs and knife mold fees will be incurred. And there are also requirements for the number of orders, the general packaging company requires more than 2000.
9: Can you provide customer logo on your product?
A: We have two laser marking machines for carbon dioxide and fiber. So we can help you engraved your logo on the product and provide your a personalized display.
