Question:

Can I use this charger in Europe 220/240 volt ?

Answer:

The Pulsar Plus 40A is designed for installation in North America. Wallbox has other products that can be used in Europe.

 

Question:

How long is the unit in total from the top of the box to the end of the plug?

Answer:

The total length for the Pulsar Plus including the top of the charger to the bottom of the NEMA 14-50 plug measures 24.25" give or take a 0.25" due to top of the charger being a bit round.

 

Question:

What type buried cable do I need for the 48A?

Answer:

The 48A Pulsar Plus should be hardwired using 6AWG copper wire. Please feel free to contact Wallbox Customer Service directly for more details or for documentation.

 

Question:

I don't have 40 or 50 amp breakers, i only have 2x20 amp breakers that used to be used for an old type ac. so can i use them?

Answer:

We recommend installing on a 50 amp breaker in order to get the most use out of your charger.

If you were to install on a 20 amp breaker, then you would not get the most out of your charger as it will only provide up to 16 Amps.
