TURBO-6T, Nine Servo Motors Turbo Full Electrical Auto Blow Molding Machine, 6 cavities linear full-auto electrical auto blow molding machine, is an full electric high speed PET blow molding machine independently developed by Waton Machinery. It can produce all kinds of bottles below 2000 ml, including food packaging bottles, edible oil bottles, soda and mineral water bottles, fruit juice bottles, wine bottles, cosmetics bottles and so on.

PET Bottle Preform Transfer System
preforms horizontal movements are driven by Servo Motor. Make preforms 6pcs as one unit, overall simplified stepping motion, achieve high-speed positioning and smooth motion. To complete one step cycle, the Servo Motor drive gear rotate only one-third of a turn. Speed of preform moving is 2 times of Cylinder Driven way.
Efficiency Constant Temperature Oven
a.Use the most advanced high frequency Infrared Lamp, increase heating efficiency 30%－50%. b.Each layer of lamp are separately controlled, with assistant ruler on machine. c.Intelligent temperature control system.
d.Preform self-rotation System, ensure every side of every preforms are heated evenly, which ensure quality of blown bottle.(thickness up to 4.5mm) e.Neck Cooling in Oven. f.Preform Necks are cooled by recycling water, which avoid neck deformation.
Schneider Servo motion control system
Using Schneider PLC Servo System, PTO system(Pulse/Train/Output servo positioning module) works on high speed positioning.
Blowing Mold Clamping System
The servo motor drives the rocker linkage, driving frame and the bottom mold opening and closing. Reaction time is reduced to 50% compared to traditional pneumatic model. Simple structure, no wear, longer use life.
Standard package is foam film and wrap film, which is safe for export transportation, without worry about fumigation.
