   A:  Yes, just give me the color (size ) you want to use.

3.Q: I love this pattern, but I want to use another composition, is it ok?

   A: Yes, you can .

4.Q: why do you need MOQ ?

   A: Because the machine has minimum quantity requirement to keep running, it will

not wok if the quantity is less than that MOQ.

5.Q: Can I get the money back if I pay some extra fee in sample making ?

   A: Yes, you can get that extra payment back when you make the order if your

order meet our requirement, just check this with us.

6.Q: What kind of raw material do you use when I pay so much money in the order ?

   A: We always choose the true raw material as we quote you, no any cheat, you can check the

       composition in any lab.

7.Q: Is there any dangerious materials in the dyestuff ?

   A: No need to worry about this, all the dyestuff meets Europe Standard, You can test the product in any testing organization for composition, AZO, Color fastness etc.

8.Q: I only make one pc sample,why do you need so long time ?

   A: As we should take all the procedures as bulk goods production, no one procedure can be cut

       down, so we need a little more tiem.If I can give you sample in short time, sure you will get it.

9.Q: The price listed in website is your final order price in future order ?

Cashmere and Wool Product Cleaning Process

It is better to wash cashmere products dry clean in professional laundry.We just give you some suggestion if you want to wash the product by yourself. You can wash it by hands, and use washing machine to dehydrate, but do not wash cashmere product in washing machine and hang it directly after washing.

1. Please read the care label carefully before you wash cashmere product, especially pay attention to composition,

   cleaning process, water temperature and airing method. Follow the instruction carefully.

2. Prepare clean water which can’t be more than 35℃! The product should be just covered by the water.

3. Pour some cashmere cleaning liquid into water and mix uniformly. Then put cashmere product into the water, soak it around 10-15mintutes if possible, after soaking, knead it softly several times.

4. Rinse cleaning liquid off gently several times until there is no any foam. Wring out the product very slightly, do not

    use too much strength!

5. You also can dehydrate in washing machine after you pack the product into a dry towel and ensure it will not come

    out of towel in dehydration. The dehydration should be gentle and no more than 2minutes.

6. Lay flat the cashmere product in a cool ventilated dry place, do not put it under sunshine directly! Do not hang it up

    directly！

7. Use brush to brush slightly on the pile surface towards previous pile direction, or just towards one direction if you

    do not know previous direction. You can also iron it after brushing following the iron instruction in care label, and

    keep same the direction of brushing.

8. It is better to wash separately if the cashmere products have different colors, especially dark color and light color.
