MS Series is traditional model of Semi-automatic Stretch-Blow Molding Machine. Model MS-2L2 is for making PET bottles with ANY shape from 50ml to 2L, Model MS-5L1 can make max. 5L bottle.

Each set of MS Series machine is composed by two parts: Bottle Blower and Infrared Preform Oven. Function of these two parts is:

Infrared Preform Oven: heat the PET preform to suitable soft condition for blowing; Blower: do the whole bottle blowing process, including sealing, stretching, blowing, exhausting and blow mold’s moving, which is controlled by advanced PLC control system.

The function of the clamping device of the bottle blowing machine 

The clamping device is the main component of the blow molding equipment, and it is the part that ensures the reliable closing of the molding die and realizes the opening and closing of the die. Therefore, the performance of the clamping device is directly related to the quality of the molded product. Its main functions are:

(1) Fix the two halves of the mold and align them;

(2) Under the action of the blowing force, the mold must have enough clamping force to prevent it from being opened;

(3) Open and close the mold cyclically;

(4) In order to safely take out the container, there must be the necessary opening and closing mold stroke and the distance between the installation mold;

(5) In order to facilitate the installation of the mold, there must be sufficient mold installation area, and there must be a tie rod interval;

(6) The speed of mold opening and closing is appropriately faster, and there is no impact at the end of mold clamping and mold opening;

(7) In order to continuously extrude the parison, after the die grasps the parison, the clamping mechanism can move it to other positions for inflation and cooling;

(8) After the mold grasps the parison, use the incision part of the mold to cut off the remaining material and flash.
