as long as the surface is smooth and clean ,then our uv transfer stickers can work .It will stay on the object very well . Because the adhesive is strong .such as bottle , cup , mugs,glass , window , floor , wood , ceramics , metal ,plastic ,,,,

2. Can it work on fabric / cloth ?

No ,it can not work on cloth 

3. can it work outside ?

We do not suggest to use the stickers outside ,because after months ,it will be broken.

4. If we stick it on the bowl , does the bowl be washed with machine ?

No , it can not be washed with machine . A slight drenching is fine
