Introduction:
The PCT high pressure accelerated aging test equipment is mainly to test the moisture capacity of semiconductor packaging. The product to be measured are tested under severe temperature, humidity and pressure. Moisture will infiltrate into the packaging body Along the interface of colloid or colloid and wire rack. The common fault formula is caused by active metallization. Circuit breakage, or short circuit between package leads due to contamination.

1 Test room size: Outer diameter 350 mm x L500 mm (round chamber design, can be customized)

3 Inner barrel material: Stainless steel plate material # SUS-316
4 Outer Barrel Material: Stainless Steel Plate Material # SUS-304
Control System:
1. Control the saturated vapor temperature with a Japanese YOKOGAWA UT-150 microcomputer
2. Time controller adopts LED display. You
3. Use a pointer to display on the pressure gauge
4. Microcomputer P.I.D automatic calculation to control the saturated vapor temperature.
5. Manual water inlet valve (automatic water replenishment function, continuous test without stopping)
