1.Quality Insurance
We can guarantee the warranty for one year from the date of receipt.During one year's warranty,if our machine fails to perform properly because of defects in materials or workmanship.We will be responsible for fixing or replacing new machine without charge FOB.The service is excluding if the machine is breakdown caused by following reasons:
(1) Wrong operation
(2) Fixed or refitted personally
(3) The machine itself is not the reason caused breakdown
(4)Applying the machine under the serious conditions.such as high
temperature,moist, corrosive gas,or vibration
(5)Move or transportation as soon as installed
(6)Consumables and easy-loss components
(7)Natural disaster
2.After-sales Service
a.If errors occur,please refer to the troubleshooting tips of the instruction manual.
b.Please contact with our after-sales service department or distributor in time if can’t clear fault.
c.When you contact us with a service problem,we will act within 12 hours and provide solution within 24 hours.

5.Return Policy
You are allowed to return goods within 7 days from the date of receipt.To return products,please contact our customer service with your invoice number,the item to be returned and the reason for the return.Goods must be returned freight prepaid.Returns will be subject to a restocking charge.Products have been used or modified in such a way can not be returned for future sale.
