Operation steps of automobile dent repair:
1. Clean the dents with a clean wet cloth.
2. Install the hot melt stick behind the hot melt gun, pull the trigger, let the stick enter the gun, plug in the power supply, and let the gun preheat for 5 minutes.
3. Find a suitable traction gasket (large indentation requires a large traction gasket; (Note: the larger the traction gasket, the greater the traction force;
4. Push the rubber gun trigger and coat the selected traction gasket with the extruded rubber (4 holes of the gasket should also be coated with hot melt glue).
5. Quickly place the traction gasket coated with hot melt adhesive in the center of the dent and press it gently until the hot melt adhesive solidifies and adheres firmly; (Let the hot melt adhesive dry for about 8 minutes; we recommend that the hot melt adhesive not be allowed to dry for more than 10 minutes.)
6. Align the holes in the middle of the traction bridge to the sticky traction gasket rod, and rotate the screw knob sleeve on the traction gasket rod. Slowly tighten it until the dent part is drawn to the surface around it.
7. Some dents may need to repeat the above steps several times before they can be repaired.
8. If the repaired surface protrudes a little, please follow the following steps: first, rub the protrusion point back and forth with your thumb until the protrusion point is as flat as other surfaces; if the protrusion point can not be restored to a flat surface with your thumb, you should gently hit the protrusion point with a tapping stick (the position of holding the pen) until the protrusion point is restored to a flat surface. Sometimes it may take several repetitions. (Note: When using a percussion stick, do not use too much force)
9. After repairing the dent, turn down the screw and rotate the knob, remove the traction bridge, and then remove the traction gasket. If there is hot melt adhesive on the surface of the car body, let the hand tear off gently.
