 Manual Blister Machine:                                                                                                                        

Our machine is glued by heated PVC and aluminum foil. The packaging effect is the same as other advanced equipment. This machine is of reasonable price, easy to operate, easy to maintain.This machine is designed for small pharm factories, healthcare plants, food plants and preparation rooms. This machine is used to pack solid drugs like capsules, tablets, gelatin pearls, suppositories, milk tablets, candy, and hardware.  

The whole set is of compact design, beautiful appearance, smooth operation and low noise. Uses the internal heating method to ensure the PVC is evenly heated. There are no bubbles in the aluminum foil while heating, hence no waste will occur. This machine is easy to install and maintain, small in volume, lightweight, reasonably priced and of advanced technology.

This machine is a flat-type blister packaging machine. Put the materials into the bubble cup and deliver them to the flat-type sealing device. The cover layer and forming mold will be sealed under proper temperature 

 Warranty:                                                                                                                           

1. The manual blister machine is designed with high stainless steel quality constructions and meet GMP standard. 

12 months limited warranty for defective items (excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt). Accessories come with a 3 months warranty.

2. Defective items must be reported and returned within the warranty period and in the original packaging, if possible. You must tell us what the defect is and give us your order number.

3. It is buyer's responsibility to pay for return postage and ship the item back to us. We will send it back if the machine is defective as the report.

4.If the machine were damaged during delivery, customers should inform us at once and email us the photo of the damaged part. After checking, we may send a new part for free.

5. For following situations, the item is out of free warranty

(1). Damaged caused by misuse, improper installation and so on the man-made fault.

(2). Warranty seal removed or damaged.
