Tailoring times are noted on each dresss product page. Shipping time is 3-8 business days. Q: Can I return or cancel the dress if I change my mind? A: Even standard size dresses are made to order for each customers. The custom nature of our dresses means our cancellation and return policy is stricter than other items, so it's important to order carefully. Q: Can I order this dress in a different style/fabric/length? A: Each dress is carefully tailored to match exactly what you see in the photo, and unfortunately we are unable to modify the style, length or material in any way. Q: Will my dress exactly match the color I see on your website? Return Policy
We realize that it is difficult to purchase a dress over the Internet, and we really want you to be happy with your purchase. So please read the return policy below carefully. We refuse return the items without any quality or size problems 1). You must contact us within 3 days (72 hours) from the reception of your dress(es). Please state the problem of the received goods and the reason for the return. 2). Item(s) must be returned in its original condition with no signs of wear, tear, or odors. 3). Return shipping charges will be the buyer`s responsibility.it is buyer`s responsibility to pay for the shipping fee of sending back and exchange. 4). Just quality problems or size mistake ,we accept returning. 5).If you are not satisfied with the items for your own reasons, except it's a customized dress or promotional dress, you can also get the refund if the products are returned within 3 days with original tag and package.
