How To Start
1) Pull off the plastic insulation before use, press the button ON/CLR (Digital Counter).
2) Insert the red string (Included) into the hole, wind it up, and pull straight down, fast enough to have the gyroscope turn the LED on.
3) Turn your hand facing down, and slowly start to rotate, you will feel that it is scratching against the inside of the wrist ball.
4) Keep rotating your wrist and the gyroscope will spin faster, develop a higher pitch sound. Once you feel it spinning fast enough, stop your hand, you could feel it oscillating right in your palm.

Normal Operation
1. Junior
1.1 Take the product on your hand, there is a opening insert one end of the cord into the hole in the rotor.
1.2 Then turn the rotor forward with you thumb, while maintaining pressure on the cord between your other fingers to make sure this is no slack as it wind up around the rotor groove.
1.3 When there is only about 7-8cm of the cord remaining, stop winding and hold the ball with the opening into the of the hand thant you are going to spin the ball, the exposed rotor will be facing the ceiling at this .
1.4 Hold the cord firmly and give it a quick, rug away from the ball, be ensure that you pull it straight out to minimize the opportunity for the cord to jam in between the rotor mechanism and the outer shell if pulled sideways.
1.5 Immediately turn your hand over and begin to rotate your wrist (not arm) in a slow circular motion.
2. Middle
Keep your finger side by side stretch your palm, be ensure use the finger's tips to move speedily the ball to make it spin as the direction shown.
3. Senior
Press the ball with thumb and move instantly the ball to make it spin rapidly.
