The operating instructions

Ready to work:
1. Prepare cleaning agent
2. The paint to be sprayed must be filtered through a 60-mesh screen;
3. The equipment is in place, and the high-pressure hose, spray gun, nozzle, and suction tube are installed. (Before installing the suction tube, please lightly lift the valve core of the suction valve, and fill the suction tube after filling a small amount of water). Smooth;
4. Check that the components of the high pressure system (high pressure hoses, spray guns, pipe fittings, etc.) are tightly connected.

Boot test step (first use water tester)
Put a certain amount of water into the tank and turn it counterclockwise to open the exhaust air valve, start the motor, rotate the pressure regulator valve clockwise, wait until the water is sucked into the suction pipe and flow out of the return pipe, wait until the water flow becomes larger and the air is drained. Then, close the exhaust air valve clockwise and rotate the pressure regulator valve clockwise. When the pressure gauge reads about 1500psi, check the return pipe for backflow or drip leakage. Check for leakage of other connectors. If yes, press “Pressure Relief Step” to relieve pressure first, then tighten the leaked part; if not, open the spray gun to perform the test and keep the pressure between 1000-1300psi.

On the ready board, debug the machine. Open the spray gun and adjust the position of the spray gun boom according to the required width. The height of the spray gun is increased and the width of the spray is widened, otherwise it is narrow. The slower the push, the thicker the coating thickness, and vice versa. The width and thickness of the coating are freely selected according to the requirements of the construction.
After the equipment is adjusted, the suction tube is completely immersed in the already filtered paint. When the pump is sucked into the paint clip to close the spray gun, the pressure is adjusted to between 2000-28000Pa. After the pressure is balanced, the spray gun can be opened to perform the spraying operation.
Pressure Relief Procedure: 1. Turn counter-clockwise to open pressure regulator valve; 2. Open exhaust air valve counterclockwise; 3. Close motor switch (Note: When opening the exhaust air valve, pay attention to exhaust air valve hose will jump, please use hand Clenched, anti-flying.

Spraying operation:
When the marking machine pushes forward, if it is drawing a straight line, the black wheel is locked in position after the black is aligned. If you draw a curve, you can flexibly push the line according to the desired linearity. The machine pushes the stars to keep moving at a constant speed.
Spray width adjustment:
To move the spray gun immediately before pulling the trigger, move the spray gun evenly during the spraying operation, release the spray gun control handle at the end of the stroke, and then immediately stop the movement. The speed of movement varies according to the paint concentration, spray pressure, and the distance between the spray gun and the sprayed object.
Adjust the height of the spray gun, nozzle type, adjust the width of the spray, change the speed of the spray and adjust the thickness of the spray. The higher the spray gun adjustment, the wider the spray pattern, and vice versa. The larger the nozzle, the wider the spray pattern, and vice versa. The slower the sprayer moves, the thicker the coating is, and the thinner it is.
If nozzle clogging occurs during operation, simply invert the nozzle 180 degrees and spray it several times. Then, switch back to the spray position and spray it normally

Spraying Notes

When spraying, pay attention to the output pressure of the paint, and the relationship between the nozzle size. If the pressure is too low, the nozzle hole will also affect the atomization
Finishing work:
After the painting operation is finished or during the temporary passage, pay attention to the finishing work.
1. Cleaning before spraying equipment shut down:
The paint in the machine is sprayed, and then the solvent is used instead of the paint to spray the paint pipe in the spraying machine and the paint in the spray gun and the paint in the spray gun. When the sprayed material is relatively clear, the material can be sprayed. If you do not use it for a long time, please use clean water to spray the internal solvent instead.
2.Shutdown steps:
When spraying is finished or during a break, loosen the pressure regulator valve first. As shown in the figure below, turn on the trigger and release the pressure to zero. Then, counterclockwise to open the exhaust air valve, as shown in the figure below, and then close the motor.
3. Remove the gun and disassemble the easily dismantled part. Carefully clean with solvent. If the water-based paint is sprayed, clean the machine and gun with water.
4. Finishing of paints and auxiliary equipment:
After use, the remaining paint should be kept sealed, and auxiliary utensils (agitators, inspection tools, etc.) should be cleaned and stored.
