Introduction:
Copper foil and aluminum foil have the advantages of good conductivity, easy to form oxidation protective film, soft texture is conducive to bonding, mature manufacturing technology, relatively low price, etc., so they are selected as the main materials of lithium battery collector fluid. The anode potential of lithium battery is high, and the oxide layer of aluminum foil is relatively dense, which can prevent the oxidation of collecting fluid, while copper will have oxidation reaction under high potential, so it is not suitable to be positive collecting fluid, and the positive collecting fluid is generally aluminum foil; while the negative potential is low, aluminum foil is easy to form aluminum lithium alloy under low potential, and the negative collecting fluid is generally copper foil, and there is no mutual substitution between copper foil and aluminum foil.
As the collector of lithium battery, the thickness of lithium copper foil is usually between 7-20 μ M. The thickness of copper foil for power battery is reduced to 6-12 μ M. The thinner the copper foil is, the lighter the weight of the battery will be. Thinner lithium copper foil also means smaller resistance, so the performance of the battery will be improved. Therefore, reducing the quality of copper foil on battery, reducing the cost of copper foil raw materials, and providing higher energy density become the key of copper foil for power lithium battery.

Packaging: the electrolytic copper foil is wound on the paper tube. After the winding is completed, the outer surface and both ends of the foil roll are sealed with the non covered surface of coated pearl cotton, and the outer layer is sealed with fresh-keeping film.
