The ceramic fiber paper is made of cotton as the main raw material, adding a very small amount of inorganic or organic binder, which is made of a fine wet forming process. Its precision manufacturing technology ensures uniform fiber diffusion and strict control of thickness and density. It has high temperature resistance, heat shock resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, low thermal conductivity and high temperature insulation. It can be handheld, convenient for construction and suitable for deep processing.
Warm hints: when all ceramic fiber paper is exposed to more than 230 C for the first time, the ceramic fiber paper produces a small amount of smoke and odor. This is because the ceramic fiber paper contains about 10% organic adhesives, the organic binder is not resistant to high temperature, and all the organic adhesives begin to be carbonized, and the ceramic fiber paper is left after the carbonization of organic adhesives.
