1.At the midpoint of each side, there is a bending-in about 20~45cm / 8~18inch. so for example,if you wanna cover a 1.5x3m balcony, you should get one at least 2x4m.
2.Waterproof polyester shade sail is mainly applied to waterproofing and sun-shading but not air-ventilating. moreover, darker shade sail is generally better in sun-shading.
