UPDATE: 10/2019
Tool is still running strong. I have been using with sanding drums as well as the burnishing wheels. So far it is going strong.

Burnishing tool arrived today and I was pleasantly surprised. Tool was well packaged and intact. It arrived as shown and included the necessary tools to assemble it. Even came with an extra set of brushes which is a nice touch.
The tool itself is no doubt Chinese in origin but seems to be decent quality. The gearbox has only a little gear lash and the output shaft spins true and is not loose or wobbly. The cord is not junk plastic coated but rubber. It's not SJOOW quality but much better than I anticipated for the price. Also, it's about 6 feet long which is as nice feature.
The guard/handle unit assembled easily and has a roller at the base to help keep it flat while polishing. A feature that not all the budget machines have.
It arrived with only one non-woven wheel but for the price that's ok.
Instructions were basically junk as is to be expected but assembly was obvious and simple.
I am 100% positive that the drive unit itself is identical to several other brands that list for 2-3 times the price.
Overall I'm happy so far. The top of the line Metabo costs around $1000. I could own 8-9 of these for the same price.
I'll update this review after putting some hours on it.
