 3.Usage Of Speeds : o level + 6 speeds + pulse + LED indicator

①.Dough Hook: kneads the flour

• Allowable speed selection：1~3

• Time：1speed for 30 seconds，then 2speed for seconds ,last 3speed for  2~4 mins

• Max. Volume：And Maximum ratio for the dough: 1000g flour + water proportion 600ml（35-45℃）

②.Flat Beater : Mixing the minced meat,sauce,salad

• Allowable speed selection：1~4    
• Time：1~2speed for 1 min,then 3~4speed for 3~4 mins
• Max. Volume：cream & sauce ≤ 1.2L , minced meat & salad ≤ 1.5kg

③.Egg whisk : Cream,egg white

• Allowable speed selection：5~6
• Time：5~7 mins.
• Max. Volume：cream ≤ 1.2L , 3~14 eggs white
