Order Placing
Request for Customer's Kind Understanding:
1. We are selling the 89cm cast in place balusters/ handrail in this page ONLY. If you find that we have some other specs attached, this meanings there are other specifications available. Please ask us how to order them when you like them. Or visit our STORE HOME to see more options.
2. Please take your ideal height into account together with the baluster height and rail width.
3. Please leave your FULL NAME phone number, passport information (Russian friends) and tax information (Brazil friends) when you place the order. The couriers need thenm to contact you when they make the delivery or we may need you confirmation after we receive the orders.
4. Please be NOTED that the corners /crosses are necessary when a 90° turn is needed.
5. Post/ Corners & Tiles: The post /corners and tiles are not a package in the sales of the balusters. Please order separately if you want them.
6. Understanding of style numbers: The numbers after the letters, such FH-089 or FH-093, means the height of balusters in centimeters.
Dimensions
Please be noted that the rail measurement is the actual cement/ concrete dimension, not the rail mold dimensions.
Buckle Fastening
Just a rotation of the buckles, you can assemble or separate the mold, easy to catch up and efficient on construction.
Notes:
1. Please fasten the buckles in the SMALLER end.
2. Plastics may worn out as days go by, if you find that the buckles are broken, please use a steel wire or M8 screws in fastening.
Construction Guidance
1. We would offer free training through video conferences or by sending you the PPT guidance.
2. All baluster construction should attach steel (#6, #8, #10 or #12) into the middle of the post as support, we don't suggest using concrete only.
