12）Check the lamp by yourself
Before placing an order, Comfirm the problem is from the projector and the TV, or the bulb. Wrong judgment will bring us a lot of problems. Usually, the projector or the television does not work or poor picture , it caused from the following aspects:

e. LCD panel failure f.Color panel failure
g. Lens failure h.DMD failure

We recommend that you describe the problem to us before you place an order, and we will assist you to judge the problem.Or you can use a new lamp to test the projector，Also it is a good way to check by professional technician. That would avoid losing money and time for both of us. If it is your misjudgment that caused the loss, you will be responsible for the cost of transportation and Restock.
13）Shipping
a: We will ship the order within 72 hours.
b: We advice you to chose DHL or FEDEX service，much faster shipment.When we receive your order, we will check your address if in the delivery company’s regular delivery range. If not, you need to pay extral fee.
c: For the declared amount,we usually write 5usd for each bulb to Most of country(Brazil 、Russia will write15usd,India 20usd). You can decide it before shipment.
d: We will not take any responsibility for destination customs clearance fees and other expenses caused by customs clearance. Please make sure that you accept such terms before we ship.
e: If you need to change the address after placing the order, please contact me within 24 hours after ordering. If you miss the time, we will not take any responsibility.

g: After we make the shipment, we cannot control transportation process. If the transportation time exceeds your expectations, I hope that you can understand.

14）Return instructions
A. If the goods are damaged during transportation, please provide at least 5 photos, we will contact the logistics provider for compensation
