Shipping Policy
1. We will ship to your order ADDRESS within 72 hours of receiving a cleared payment.We do not ship on weekend or public holidays.
2. Shipping requires approximately 7 to 18 business days,but sometimes goes to 25-30 days for remote area. That is depends on the freight in different countries.
- Please refer to the below table which shown the detail arrival time in percentage:
- Most of United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom Shipping time need about 7-18 business days,
- Most of Asian and European countries shipping time need about 12-30 business days,
- Other remote area of Asian,European countries and North America, South America countries will need more than 30 business days, Colombia / Brazil / Peru / Argentina etc countries need more than 70 days.
- Business Express such as EMS, e-EMS, DHL, Fedex ect. Shipping time will need about 4-15 business days, some remote area cannot insure the shipping time.
3. As a buyer, it is your duty to pay the tax when you make an order from abroad. Our price does not include taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges.
4. Note: We do not ship the item to Local , Nigeria, Africa and some remote island countries. Return Policy
1. Any problem with the item, or not satisfied with this item, please contact us within 3 days after you received the item. Refund only available within 14 days, after 14 days, only repair.
2. We don't responsible for any physical damage or damage is / are result of buyer misuse. Buyer is responsible to pay return shipping fee.If the item is defective, it can be exchanged, simply return it within 2 weeks of arrival for a full refund, less all shipping and handling fees.Items should be returned with all accessories and original packages. Otherwise, no replacement will be made. For all return products customers MUST contact us for the returning address.
3. Return shipping fee is the responsibility of buyer unless the return is a result of our mistake.And all NON-seller mistake returns for refund are subject to 20% re-stocking fee. Buyers pay shipping fees at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund. We will be responsible for the postage of replacements. Refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item.
