This is for UDING fork and compatible with xcr, but we didn't try to use it for other model. According to buyer feedback, it can be used for epicon after manual labor.(please do it yourself...)

After-sales service:
We will check the goods quality before shipment. If there are some unexpected problems happen, we hope to solve the problems with buyer smoothly in the following ways:
1. If it is quality problem, buyer can submit argue within 15days after receiving the goods, but buyer must provide photos or video and other evidence to seller for identify.
2. Man-made damaged, buyers take full responsibility.
3 .Product quality processing choice:
1) The buyer return the goods to us and responsible for return shipping costs. We will send a new product to buyer and pay for the resend shipping cost, after we receive the goods .
2) If the goods (total price including shipping freight is less than 5USD) has quality problems, we will resend a new product in next order; if buyer don not plan to make a new order in the near term, buyer can pay the resend shipping cost and ask us to resend a new product.
Tax:
Paying tax is the duty of every citizen, clearance is the responsibility of the buyer, buyer need to responsible for the all of taxes. If buyer refuse to receive the goods for tax problem, buyer need to responsible for freight out and home.
