The USS-DBS series analytical balance allows the user to measure weight that range from 100 g to 320 g with 0.1 mg readability,±0.2 mg repeatability and linearity. It adopts the Electromagnetic Force Compensation Technology, which is the reason why the scale has high precision and long lifetime. Such small quantities can be affected by the slightest of things, like breeze, magnetic field, temperature, humidity, gravity, etc. That’s why we adopt the Aluminum alloy die cast base, stainless steel pan and glass draft shield. Aluminum die cast base makes the scale corrosion resistance and anti-electromagnetic Interference. Glass draft shield covers the measuring the place and get rid of the influence of breeze. As temperature is also a factor that affects the precision, we’d better use the series analytical scale in 17.5°C - 22.5°C,temperature fluctuation less than 1°C/h.
For technicians who need to do many measuring work, besides the precision, easy operation and fast respond speed are also import. The series scales have the 2 – 3 s respond speed(stabilization Time), full capacity subtraction, digital reading from LCD screen that has a convenient blue backlight, multi Weighing unit conversation g/mg/ct/oz, parts counting, percentage weighing(optional). All this will simplify your work and make you work efficiency.
Meanwhile, it also has the function of over load protection, bubble level adjustment, under hook. When weight exceeds 50% of the max. value, balance will be in the overload protective mode. At this time, a line occurs on the top the display. This is to protect the balance chip.
