Operation Instruction:
1. Power：ON means to turn on the terminal machine. OFF means to turn off the power supply of
the terminal machine.
2. Light: Press means open and repeat means close.
3. Counter: Counting accurately during working.
4. Auto/Manu: Red means manual operation. Green means automatic operation.
5. RESET: Press the button when the machine can’t work normally.
Troubles And Troubleshooting Methods
A. Renew it when there is a loose contact problem of the foot pedal switch.
B. Check the closing switch when it shows repeated operation.
C. Renew it when there is a a blown fuse.
D. Motor failure (smoke, odor), renew motor 180W, pay attention to motor voltage.
E. Cutter Mold Replacement: When changing cutter l mold, please put the machine in manual state.
F. When the machine works slowly,add butter to the sliders and the oil hole of mold. And the
mechanical working environment temperature is-2°C to 50°C.
