Characteristics and features of our motorcyle jump start lithium ion battery

Motorcycle start lithium ion battery has the following advantages:
1) light weight, startup for conventional lead-acid battery weight about a third of;
2) the green environmental protection, no sulfuric acid, heavy metals such as lead, cadmium and mercury pollution problem;
3) do not need to add acid, completely free maintenance, no acid leakage problem, can be installed in any direction to use, safe and reliable;
4) high power, starting current is more than 40 c (lead-acid start ratio of 10 c);
5) charging capacity is strong, can be large current fast charge, the fastest can charge the battery 10 c, 6 minutes can charge to 90% of capacity. Even after losing electricity, can fill in a short time.
6) super long cycle life, can be greater than 2000 times (lead-acid battery is commonly 300);
7) low self-discharge, long storage time and can be more than 1 year.
1. Please checl the battery's voltage before the installation , please recharge the battery if the voltage is less than 12.4V (please see the
charging section to know how to charge the battery )
2. The battery should be placed at designated area to make sure it can not move and drop off easily .
3. Please clear the surface of the battery ,and make sure the connection situation of plug wire should be strongly .
4.Connect the positive and negative correctly
As for lithium ion battery ,it has high requirement on the over-charge and over-discharge , specially the charge voltage should not exceed 15V ,please check the charging system of your motorcycle before installation .
First step : Please connect the positive and negative wire of motorcycle strongly to the corresponding termial of our battery , do not make any reverse
connection with the postive and negative wire .
Second step : Please connect the voltage tester strongly to two wires of motorcycle , do not make the reverse connection with the positive and negative wire , then the voltage tester will dispaly the voltage of the battery .
Third step : disconnect the nagative terminal of your motorcycle battery with the negative wire of motorcycle , then the tester will show the output charging votlage of your motorcycle charging system . please control the run speed of your motorcyle wheel within 2000-5000 turns .and read the
voltage separately , when the voltage stay within 14.0-15.0V ,the charge voltage is suitable and the lithium ion battery can work normally . when the voltages is smaller than 14.0V ,the battery could not been fully charged ,and the battery can be overcharged when the voltage exceeds 15.0V ,these two factos could damage the battery ,so it is necessary to repair the charging system of your motorcycle .
The fouth step : turn off the power of your motorcyle ,and use the multi-meters to connect your battery;s negative terminal with the negative wire of your motorcycle in series ,then please test the stand-by consumption current of your motorcyce and make sure it is less than 1mA You can use our lithium ion jump starter battery after finished the whole test process as above >
1. The charging voltage of external charger or vehicle should be limited strictly within 14.0-15V
2. Please do not charge the battery directly on your vehicle when you use the charger to charge the battery . please take it off from the vehicle to conduct the charge
3. Please use the lower current to charge the battery than the Max charge current specified by us .
4. Please check the battery voltage after one or two hours rest time after charge by external charger,please continue to charge the battery if the voltage is less than 12.4V
1. Please store the battery with 70% remaining capacity when it works off for long time
2.Battery should be stored at -20-40 degree dry place with good air circulation .
3.Conduct charge and discharge at least one time in every 3-6 months to keep it's best performance
1. Please keep 70% capacity with the battery during transportation process
2. Please use the insulation and anti-vibration material to avoid any crush and collusion from
any external force during the shipment
3. Carry the battery carefully and stay it away from any collusion.
4.Do not put the battery together with any flammable,explosive ,and sharp objects during the shipment
1. No giant water or cell battery will damage
2. Don't put the battery near any fire or high temperature envrioment, batteries and cars can damage otherwise
3. Do not connect the battery relatively, otherwise it will damage
4. Don't put battery and wall socket
5. The terminals of the battery, please connect tighten
6. Do not open the battery case or try any renovation method of the battery.
7. Please control the charging voltage 15 v
8. Don't turn on the lights or other electric equipment for more than 5 minutes, the vehicle's speed slow down or work, or else
Battery may suffer from excessive discharge problem easily.
