Handle the "boiler" with caution When handling the "boiler" with cooling water, handle it with care. The correct method is to run the engine at a medium speed, open the radiator cap, and release the hot air. After cooling down, slowly add cold water. When opening the radiator cover, the operator should stand in the upwind position, with his face not facing the water inlet, so as not to be burned by the sprayed high-temperature water vapor. 2. Keep the cooling system clean Before summer arrives, the cooling system must be thoroughly descaled and cleaned to ensure that the water pump and radiator pipes are unblocked to ensure the normal circulation of cooling water. In addition, weeds and other objects adhering to the radiator surface should be removed in time. 3. To prevent water leakage in the water leakage cooling system from occurring at the pump bushing, tighten the water seal compression nut properly. If it is invalid, it indicates that the packing has failed and should be replaced in time. The filler can be wound with asbestos rope coated with graphite powder. 4. Pay attention to the tension of the belt. The fan belt is too loose and easy to slip, which causes the speed of the fan and the pump to decrease and the wind force is insufficient. If the fan belt is too tight, the bearing load is too large, which increases the wear and increases the power consumption. The general requirement is that when the thumb is pressed in the middle of the belt, the sag of the belt is in the range of 10 mm to 15 mm. Correct use of thermostats There are two types of thermostats: automatic (such as thermostats) and manual (such as thermal curtains and blinds). Some drivers think that it is hot in summer, and the lower the water temperature, the better. They often remove the thermostat. In this way, when the cold car is started, the warm-up time of the engine will be greatly extended, and the wear of the parts will be accelerated. Therefore, the thermostat should not be removed in summer. Insulation curtains and blinds are used to regulate the amount of air passing through the radiator. In summer, heat insulation curtains are generally not needed, and blinds should also be placed in the fully open position. 6. Properly select the oil with high summer temperature and diesel with a higher freezing point, and ensure the correctness of the fuel supply advance angle. In addition, special care should be taken to prevent oil leakage in the oil supply system, because oil leakage not only causes waste of oil, but may also cause fire. In addition to diesel, lubricating oils and greases should also be selected for summer use according to regulations. Some tractors have an oil temperature reversing valve. When changing seasons, the reversing valve should be turned to the position where the oil leads to the oil radiator. 7. Pay attention to the maintenance of the battery. In the summer, the water in the battery electrolyte is easy to evaporate. Special attention should be paid to the inspection of the battery liquid level. The normal liquid level should be 10 mm to 15 mm above the plate. The electrolyte density of the battery should be reduced as required. The ventilation holes on the liquid filler cap should be more dredged. Store batteries that are not used temporarily in a cool and ventilated place. 8. The higher the temperature of the anti-fuel gas barrier, the faster the evaporation, and the easier it is to form a gas barrier in the oil circuit. Therefore, in summer, the fuel filter should be cleaned in time to keep the oil passage clear; a wet cloth can be covered on the fuel pump during driving, and water should be regularly sprayed to keep it moist and reduce the occurrence of air resistance. Once the fuel system has air resistance, it should be stopped immediately to cool down, and the oil circuit is filled with fuel by hand oil pump. 9. Engine deflagration prevention Engine deflagration due to overheating will increase the wear on the upper part of the cylinder by 3 to 5 times. Therefore, it is necessary to completely remove the carbon deposits in the combustion chamber, valve head, etc.; check and adjust the fuel supply amount and fuel supply time to prevent explosion.
Failure analysis
1. Leakage in the fuel supply switch of the fuel tank: The reason is that the graphite and asbestos oil seals at the switch are damaged. Exclusions: 1. Remove the switch, remove the filler, use oil-resistant rubber pieces to make two round pads with an outer diameter 1 mm larger than the switch housing hole and an inner diameter 1.50 mm larger than the handle screw, and sandwich the rubber pad between the steel pads. Then put it on the handle screw together and tighten the capping device. 2. Wrap the graphite and asbestos rope between the two steel pads and fill it up, and tighten the capping device. 2. Leakage of the oil draining faucet of the fuel tank: The reason is that the steel ball inside the faucet may become rusty or invalid. Exclusion: Replace the steel ball (the diameter is 15 mm, and the steel ball in the bearing with an inner diameter of 80 mm can be used instead). 3. Oil leakage from tubing bell mouth: The reason is that the conical surface of tubing bell mouth and bell mouth seat are not well sealed. Exclusions: 1. Screw the connector with the horn first. 2. After grinding the bell mouth joint, apply sealant on the cone surface, then tighten or saw off the bell mouth, and re-expand one with the expander. Fourth, the oil leakage of the hollow screw joint: the reason is that the end face of the tubing joint and the washer are uneven; 2. The screw holes on the shell are uneven. The elimination method is as follows: smooth the joints and washers. Turn the hexagonal inner surface of the hollow screw flat, then tighten or apply sealant on both sides of the washer. V. Oil leakage at the joint surface of the casing: The reason is that oil leakage at the joint surface of the casing such as the oil pan, cylinder head, valve cover, timing gear chamber cover, transmission cover, starter gearbox cover, etc. is usually due to The fasteners are not tightened, the gasket is damaged or failed. Exclusions: 1. Do fastening work frequently. 2. For the parts that are not frequently disassembled, such as paper pads, you can apply red glue to both sides of the paper pad; 3. For the joints that are often disassembled, such as the valve cover, filter housing, etc., asbestos pads should be used. And apply lead oil on the pad. When tightening, the bolts at the location should be symmetrically tightened several times. In addition, the gasket should be intact and intact, the joint surfaces of the parts should be flat and clean, and there should be no misalignment and deformation of the parts. Sixth, the oil leakage at the shaft of each joystick: the reason is that the sealing gasket is damaged. 2. The clearance between shaft and hole increases. Exclude: According to the diameter of the rod shaft, a suitable oil-resistant rubber can be used as a washer. Its inner diameter is 1-3 mm smaller than the shaft diameter. It can be installed on the shaft surface in contact with the hole wall and pressed. 7. Crankcase oil leakage: The reason is that the paper pad is damaged or the screw is loose. Removal: Remove the oil pan, remove the gasket and check. If the gasket is intact, wipe it off and apply a layer of red glue; if it is damaged, you should replace it with a new one. Apply a layer of red glue. The screws should be tightened symmetrically and evenly. 8. High-pressure oil pipe oil leakage: The reason is that after long-term use of the high-pressure oil pipe, the conical surface of the joint has worn out, resulting in a loose seal. Exclude: pad a piece of plastic pipe with a length of 1-2 mm and a diameter of about 5 mm at the joint of the cone surface of the high-pressure oil pipe and the cone hole, or pad a copper gasket with an inner diameter slightly larger than the inner diameter of the oil pipe and an appropriate outer diameter, or replace with a new high-pressure oil pipe . Nine, gearbox leakage gear oil: the reasons are: 1. The clearance between the gearbox bearing and the shaft hole is too large; 2. The oil seal is worn and aging. If oil leakage is caused by wear and aging of the oil seal, the oil seal should be replaced. 10. Leakage of rollers, support rollers and guide wheels: the reasons are: 1. The rubber sealing sleeve is worn and aging; 2. The sealing ring is seriously worn. The elimination method is as follows: replace the rubber sealing sleeve in time. Replace the upper seal ring. The two rough joints of the sealing ring must be properly ground, and a layer of graphite grease should be coated on both sides. Oil leakage at the oil injection port and oil discharge port: The reason is that the threads and pitch of the seals of the diesel tank, gasoline tank, hydraulic oil tank, diesel coarse and fine filter, high-pressure oil pump, oil pan, and gearbox are inconsistent. 2. The diesel tank cover has no sealing rubber. The elimination method is as follows: keep the screw and screw pitch of the seal consistent, and all use fine buckles. Install sealing rubber.
