1. Doll sizes:our doll leg is curved, we measure the doll leg as it is in straight state, that is the length from the thigh to the knee plus the length from knee to tiptoes: so there exists 2-3 cm deviation due to different measuring ways.
2.Color difference:All There exists the color difference due to the color reflection in the monitor,lighting, backgroud etc.
The actual color shall be subject to the color of the doll received .
3. Doll delivery:All dolls will be sent out in 2-5 working days after the payment down. Our Price does not include taxes, or other hidden charges, we are not responsible for any custom duty or import tax. hope you can understand it.
4.The parcel may squashed when you received after the long journey. If so, you can put the doll under the sunshine to shine it, after few hours it will return to normal shape. Any further question, just feel free to contact with us.
5.Usually we sent the clothes seperately with the doll, if the doll clothes you select is dark color, we sugess use the salt wash the clothe first before you put it on the doll to avoid the doll stained by the dark color.
6. Return service:We guarantee all the items are in 100% good condition and high quality.If you are unhappy with an item for any reason, pls return it within 7 days of receipt, it will be replaced or a refund given.If the products have any quality problem, we will offer refund to you.
