Now the dvr security seting is not the same as before,please set one password for yourself when you use it. If you forget the password,please see the photo red label, press this "?" button and send me the security code,we will send you the second password to use. Our item is send from china to your country, this will take 20-60 days arrive your hand, so the parcel have some fold will be normal, the retailed box have some fold also will be normal. the item will work well.
