1.Shipping address

2. Delivery time:

(1) Commercial Express (EMS/DHL/UPS/FEDEX/TNT): 3~15 working days; (2) East Asia, southeast Asia countries time is about 10~30 days, European countries ,North America, South America about 25~60days, Brazil about 35-90days. remote areas for longer time. MAKE SURE CAN BE CONTACTED AT THAT TIME.if there is no receiver the parcel will be return to us .

3. Import duties, taxes and charges or VAT:

Buyer undertakes any customs duties or import taxes or VAT incurred in your countries in any circumstances. We seller cannot estimate and do not undertake any customs clearance or import taxes happened in your country, because different countries have their own customs policy. We seller cannot control it. If you refuse to sign for receipt of the order due to import tax or other reason, we seller will not return order paid money back to you. So please consider this issue carefully before making your order.

4. Declared value:

In order to help your parcel pass customs smooth, we usually declare the order with a lower value on shipping waybill or invoice for smooth customs clearance in your country, the lower declared value is not real price of your order, just a must for customs clearance purpose only. 5. Warranty and Guarantee:

(1) If you are not satisfied with your received item or the received item is defective, please return it to us within 5 days for a replacement or money refund back(if return to us ,please send the return tracking number in 5days) please contact us before returning it; (2) If the item is considered to be used and defective by youself, we will not accept replacement and refund requirement. (3)about the parcel return to us, if the parcel return because of the buyer reason, the buyer need to pay for the second shipping fee.otherwise ,we willnot resend it , we will resend because of seller's reason ,the buyer will not pay for the second shipping fee.
