1.About color difference:

2. About size and weight：
Dimensions and weight are measured manually, and there may be some errors.
3.About delivery:
Due to different express transportation policies in different countries, logistics can not ensure the specific delivery time, the specific receiving time is subject to the actual logistics information!
4.About return:
No matter what is the reason for your return, we are deeply sorry and sorry, but if you encounter after-sales problems, please communicate with us first, and we will try our best to solve the problems for you.
(1)There is man-made damage to the product!
(2)Product tag damage, washing, odor and impact on the second sale of products, do not support the return of goods!
(3)In the process of transportation, it is not allowed to return or exchange goods due to floods, typhoons, earthquakes and other non-human natural disasters!
(4) All customized goods are owned by individuals. Not quality problem, not support return and exchange!
5. Matters needing attention
(1)Due to the different customs clearance times of various countries/regions, we do not guarantee the delivery time of all international shipments, which may affect the speed of your inspection of products.
(2) Please note that the buyer must be responsible for all other customs fees, brokerage fees, duties and taxes imported into your country/region. These additional fees may be charged upon delivery. For rejected goods, we will not refund the freight.
(3) The transportation cost does not include any import taxes, and the buyer is responsible for the customs duties.
(4) Please fill in your full name and correct address. If the order is returned due to the wrong address, we will not take any responsibility.
