PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Prefabricated Steel Bridge (PSB), as we know, is popularly called Compact 100 (CB100/321) and Compact 200 (HD200/CB200) bridges in international market. Such bridge is mostly used as temporary purpose, such as to strengthen existing bridge, launch emergency bridge, facilitate remote area transport, and extend highway etc.
Bridge types:SS, SSR, DS, DSR, DD, DDR, TS, TSR, TD, TDR, QS, QSR, etc.
There are 3 main pieces for Bailey bridge:
A. Panels: when assembled, they formed the 2 sides of the bridge. Each of these panels was 10feet (3.048m) long.
B. Transom: linking the panels 2 by 2 in order to “lock” the two side walls together.
C. Deck: made of steel pieces and put on the transoms. Decking width is 800mm or 1000mm.
All these pieces could be assembled and added to each other in order to build bridges of various lengths (up to 67 meters each single span and more than 200meters multi-span) and strengths allowing the crossing of vehicles weighing up to 120tons.
Three normal width bridges are as following:
- 3.15m width (model CB100/321): light weight and load, mostly used over middle or small span rivers.
- 4.2m (model HD200) width: marked both in metric and inch dimension, mostly used in International market over middle and large span rivers.
- 7.35m width (model HD200): two-lane bridge, widely used over various rivers.
There are two sizes of truss panels available in China,, namely 3m*1.5m and 3m *2.2m. It can be assembled into 3.15m, 4.2m and 7.35m width single-lane and two-lane bridges. Bridge type shall be decided as per customer’s requirement, especially the span, width and load etc. factors.
Single span bridge can range from 6m to 67m, multi-span bridge can more than 67m with the help of bridge piers. Load can be from 10t to 120t.
INSTALLATION
It is easy to mounting Bailey bridges without any help of cranes or hoists. One bridge installation can be finished only by hands of human power, using complete launching tools including roller, flat roller, roller frame, wrench and jack.
We’ll designate our professional installation team to install, or designate technicists to guide the installation,according to customer's requirement.

AREVA Transformer Factory Project:
Covering an area totaled 33,842 sq.m, the program consumed steel in 4299.5 tons, the column height is 31-33 m, and the inside is installed with the bunk bed traveling crane with the maximum hoisting capacity in 400 tons.

BOLIVIA Cement Plant:
Steel consumption: 3,655.72 tons in the first phase, 7,200 tons in the second phase.
LDK Polysilicon Public Project:
Was generally contracted by FLUOR CO., LTD., the total steel consumption volume for Phase I project reached over 30,000 tons and this program was in a high-rise steel structure of 4-7 floors.
