Instructions for use
The user should select the lamp current according to the requirements of the instrument used and the element to be measured. The lamp current marked on the lamp label is the maximum allowed working current. The user should generally choose one-third or two-thirds of the maximum working current of the lamp. about. The selection principle is based on the premise that the lamp can provide sufficient energy to the instrument, and try to use a smaller working current.
Do not damage or stain the light window. If there is any stain, wipe it with alcohol cotton to ensure good light transmission. Avoid looking directly after the lamp is on, to prevent UV light from hurting your eyes.
For low melting point and volatile element lamps, avoid large current and continuous use for a long time; try to avoid large vibration during use; after use, you must wait for the lamp tube to cool before moving, and keep the window facing up when moving to prevent Elements in the cathode lamp are poured out.
The neon light outside the cathode of the normal lamp is orange-red. If it is found that the glow color becomes lighter (there is a little influence of hydrogen, oxygen, and nitrogen in the lamp), the emission intensity is reduced. At this time, the current can be reversed to orange-red with 25-30mA current. Note: Alkali metal and alkaline earth metal lamps other than magnesium cannot be reversed.
