SHIPMENT
- When you place an order, please choose a shipping method and pay for the order including the shipping fee.
- We will send the items within 7 days once your payment is completed.
- We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your product is inspected.
- Please note that buyers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes for importation into your country. These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery. We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments.
- The shipping cost does not include any import taxes, and buyers are responsible for customs duties.
Shipping:
Customer is responsible for paying shipping fees and can select from these methods:
1. Paid by supplier.
2. Paid by buyer. You should provide us customer's shipper account number(such like TNT/ UPS/DHL...).
Don't worry about the packaging because of its safe and strong external packing.
1> Express: DHL, UPS, FedEx, EMS and TNT
Estimated time of arrival: 3-5 days. But it isn't a unified standard that depends on the country of destination. If you have any special needs please notify us beforehand.
2> Post: Hong Kong POST, China POST.
10-15 days to Asian neighbors;
12-18 days to major countries in Europe and America;
12-35 days to other regions and countries.
