Features:

The precision geometric braid design ensures high surface tension and tin absorbing capacity.Siphon wire is optimized for the heat transfer to the solder joint, thereby accelerating the siphon speed.It is used to absorb excess solder when removing tin, resist oxidation and corrosion, and has good properties of heat conduction and clean absorption of tin.

How to use:

1. Place the desoldering wick over the solder to be removed, then push the heated soldering iron tip onto the desoldering wick. The solder will be absorbed.

2. Remove the desoldering wick after the solder has been absorbed.

3. Cut off the used section of the wick using nippers.

4. Repeat steps 1,2 and 3 if the solder is not removed completely. Absorbability may differ depending on the type of solder. Sn63% and 60% (tin content) have good absorbability.

Application :

The wire is a special maintenance tool which greatly reduces the rework/repair time of electronic products and greatly reduces the risk of thermal damage to the circuit board.It is suitable for the welding of high precision instruments, electronic communication industry, electrical products, micro technology, aviation industry, automobile hardware and electrical appliances etc.

Attention/Warning:

Just touch the handle and the wick pack to desolder. If you do not, serious burns will occur.
To avoid fire, never use a soldering iron or a desoldering wick around fuels or in an explosive environment.

Only touch the grip and the pack of desoldering wick when desoldering. Failure to do so will result in serious burns.
