Instructions

1. Surface treatment: When using repairing equipment to repair equipment, the surface treatment is very important. 3. 4. Curing: Refer to the following table for curing characteristics. The part is heated and maintained at a temperature of 60-80 ° C for 3-4 hours.
When heating, the heat source should not directly contact the repaired part, and it should be irradiated about 400mm from the surface. The small-volume workpiece is placed in an oven or a heating furnace as a whole, and the temperature does not exceed 80 °C.

5. after processing: After curing for a certain period of time, using ordinary processing methods for various mechanical processing. Most products can be processed after curing for 8-12 hours (25 ° C).

Precautions

1) Avoid using in an environment where the temperature is lower than 5 ° C and the humidity is greater than 90%. When the mixing amount is large and the ambient temperature is high, the construction time and heat dissipation measures should be arranged reasonably.
