A :The total power of the machine is 20W, and the laser power is 4.5-5W.
Q:is this 32 bit motherboard?
A :This is 8 bit motherboard.But the engraving speed and accuracy has little difference between 8 bit and 32 bit,due to it is limited by the engraving software and hardware.
Q: When I receive it, how to let it work?
A: Fist of all, you need to plug the stepper motor power cable to the controller board, then installl the software and the driver, power supply the machine,that's all.
