# 4. Only need to input your required Bending angle and the Busbar thickness,machine will process automatically. It's easy to operate,especially for freshman.

（2）Punching Unit

Punching operation                            

Adopt the six-mode tooth turnplate Ensure the upper molds and lower molds be absolutely in the center,improving the mold concertricity and extend working life. No need to change molds frequently,improving work efficiency. Each mold retains the enough space,workers have a good view during operation.

The original material for Punching Molds and Cutting blades is Cr12mov Stee

There are 8 sets of Punching Molds included in machine price.

The standard size as following,

Round hole: Φ7，Φ9，Φ11, Φ13, Φ15，Φ17, Φ19, Φ21（MM）

Oval hole: 7×11, 9×13, 11×15, 13×18, 17×21（MM）

Please select 8 sets of them.

We also can customize other size for you,such as square hole or alien.

（3）Cutting Unit Cutting section

Adopt the shearing type,the incision is flat,no droops,no burrs and no waste.

( 4 )All configurations of Busbar Machine will be checked well and verified before shipment.

To avoid rust,Busbar machine is brushed oil whole body before shipment.

( 5 ) We will mark outside the box so that customers can find it conveniently.
