Description:
1.This controller has 3 kinds of operating status, welding preparation, parameter query, parameter change
2.Welding preparation: Running light is always on, time, current, interval, time, current indicator is off
3.Parameter query: Run indicator off, time, current, interval, time, current corresponding to the indicator, the digital tube is always on, the displayed value is the corresponding parameter value
4.Change of parameters: The running indicator is off, the time, current, interval, time, and current correspond to the indicator, and the LED blinks. The displayed value is the corresponding parameter value change value.
5.Welding Preparation
By selecting/adjusting the encoder counterclockwise, the running light is on, the time, current, interval, time, and current indicator are off. At this time, welding can be performed. The value displayed by the digital tube is the current welding count value.
6. Voltage Calibration
Because this controller is equipped with a network voltage compensation function, when the first time the machine is installed, voltage calibration is required and only one calibration is required. (As long as you do not replace the power transformer, you do not need to calibrate)
7.Calibration operation:
In the running state, press and hold for a minute to open until the time, current, and interval lights all light up. At this time, use a multimeter to measure the mains voltage. For example, when the measured voltage is 225V, then rotate the encoder to make the digital tube. The displayed value is 225, then double-click the micro switch to exit the calibration.
8.Parameter Changes
When querying the parameters, the encoder is rotated through the [select/adjustment] and the query is performed. When the indicator light is on, the digital tube displays the parameter values of the current corresponding parameters.

9.Counting cleared
The controller is equipped with a welding counting function. In the welding operation, the welding count is automatically increased by 1 for each welding. Counting range 0-999.
If you want to clear, in the running state, double-click the [Enter / Save] button, the count is cleared automatically.
