The manual capsule filler has 7 parts:
1.Tamping plate
2.Encapsulation plate
3.Bottom sheet
4.Cap sheet
5.Middle sheet
6 .Rubber pad
7.Scraper

PROCEDURE
1, Take out the body plate and fix the feet tightly and squarely to the underside.
2, Put it to one side.
3, Take out the cap sheet and place it on a clean, dry surface.
4, Put caps into the cap sheet manually.
5, Put it to one side.
6, Take out the body sheet.
7, Put the capsule bodies into the body sheet manually.
8, Pour in the filling powder.
9, Use the spreader to fill the bottoms.
10, if the bottoms are not full, please use the tamping tool to compress the fillings.
11, Pour in filling powder again.
12, Use the spreader to fill the bottoms again.
13, Pour out the excess powder and put it to one side.
14, Take out cap sheet and middle sheet.
Notice:
There are bigger and smaller holes in the middle sheet, please cover the cap sheet at the bigger holes side.
Turn them over.
Put them on the body sheet.
Push downwards to lock the capsules.
Pour out the finished capsules.
It might be necessary to double check the capsules are properly locked.
