This machine is an ideal computer programming model. It can set 1 to 10 winding turns at will for
controlling the winding equipment. It can continuously wind 1 to 10 different turns on the same
mold. The machine uses advanced computer technology to input the winding and the number of
turns to be wound through the keyboard. The winding and the number of turns are automatically
displayed during winding. When the winding reaches a preset number of turns, it automatically
stops and brakes. The machine has a scientific and novel design, stable performance, convenient
operation, high efficiency, accurate counting and clear display. This machine is suitable for
electrical appliances, instrument industry, winding various inductor coils, instrument coils, relays,
timers, home appliances, low-voltage electrical appliances and various flat-wound coils. It is
particularly suitable for multi-winding coils such as transformers, motors, pumps .
Installation:
1. The machine should be installed on a relatively solid wooden workbench. The workbench and
the winding machine floor should be fixed with black rubber leather to reduce the vibration of the
winding machine. There are 4 fixing holes on the winding machine floor. Fixed installation.
2. The wire winding shaft of the winding machine should be installed on the main shaft of the
winding machine, and the fixing screws should be tightened. It is reminded to tighten the screws
again, and check whether the winding shaft is loose and bent normally. The winding shaft should
be kept concentric during operation.

How to set the number of windings and winding turns.
1. Set the number of winding turns (for example, set the winding '1' to 999 turns).
① Press Cancel first, when P0 is displayed, then press the ‘Setting’ key. See the display [Left
screen 1]. Enter 999 at this time and press Set to confirm. )
2. Set the number of channels. When the left screen displays 1, press the number of channels and
the left screen displays. 2. Enter the number of laps you want to set and press ENTER to confirm.
Set in sequence, you can set up to 10 different data windings
3. After the winding turns are set, press the 'View' button to see if the set winding turns are correct.
If there is an error, reset the winding turns.
4. A total of 10 windings can be set, 0 means the 10th winding. The main and complex windings
are optional, and the negative winding is the same as the main winding setting method.
