Insert cotton rolls into each cheek pocket. Dry exposed gum and teeth area. 3.Apply gingival dam to protect the gingiva.Remove the protective cap and attach a tip to the syringe. Apply gingival dam onto the gingiva. Do this in sections of 2-3teeth. 4.Harden Gingival Dam with Curing Light for 10 seconds on each section. 5.Remove cap from whitening gel and attach mixing tip (If you are using whitening liquid& powder kit.
