Note during use of liquid nitrogen tank:
1. Before filling with liquid nitrogen, first check whether the shell is recessed and whether the vacuum exhaust port is intact. If it is damaged, the vacuum will be reduced. In severe cases, the air intake cannot be insulated, so the upper part of the tank will frost and liquid nitrogen. The loss is large and the value of continued use is lost.
2. Check the inside of the tank. If there is any foreign matter, remove it to prevent the inner tank from being corroded.
3. For new cans or cans in a dry state, they must be slowly filled and pre-cooled to prevent the temperature from falling too quickly to damage the inner liner and reduce the service life.
4. When filling liquid nitrogen, do not pour liquid nitrogen on the vacuum exhaust port, otherwise the vacuum degree will be reduced.
5. The container must be protected from collisions and beatings during use to avoid damaging the high vacuum state of the tank.
6. It is forbidden to use storage tanks as transport tanks. If you need to transport liquid nitrogen over long distances, please use transport-type liquid nitrogen tanks.
7. It is forbidden to use sealed plugs to close the mouth of the tank to prevent liquid nitrogen from continuing to evaporate to form nitrogen, which may cause accidents due to increased pressure.
