The machine has a wide range of application and long service life. It can open all kinds of cables, high-voltage cables, optical cables and wires. The roller can press monofilaments above 2mm, sheathed flat wires, steel wires, etc. The electromechanical configuration is 4×4 three-phase. The gearbox is adjustable in four gears.

Instructions for use:

1. Turn on the machine and check whether the operation is normal. When feeding, enter the corresponding feeding hole one by one according to the diameter of the cable.

2.For the long-lasting durability of the blade, the connector of the rubber-plastic cable should be cut off when feeding, so as to prevent the blade from chipping.

3. If the material is too deep or broken after the feeding, pay attention to the following points:

① The feed gear, that is, the tightness of the spring pressure on both sides of the blade shaft, should be adjusted;

② Check whether the position of the feeding hole is misplaced when feeding;

③ If the blade is newly changed, whether the cutting edge is too sharp, use a sharpening stone to trim it slightly until it is moderate.
