The JASHEN V16 is a cordless stick/handheld vacuum with fair cleaning performance on a variety of surfaces. It excels at sucking up pet hair on everything from linoleum to shag carpeting, has good battery life, and can be easily converted into a handheld vacuum to clean hard-to-reach places, similar to the Dyson Cyclone V10 Absolute. It's also fairly simple to take apart and comes with two interchangeable brushrolls, one for bare floors and one for carpets.
The JASHEN V16 is outstanding for pets. It has no trouble picking up pet hair, regardless of surface, and has a HEPA filter to help trap allergens as you clean.
