In the main menu

Press the "F3" key to select different temperature waves. Select wave1 example

Press the “F3” button again, you can see the parameter allowing you to choose the temperature wave:

Select: type of solder paste, solder temperature, duration, etc. example:

When the selections are complete, press the “F4” button to return to the previous page. Press the temperature wave that the "F1" key performs to make the selection automatically.

When it finishes, the job stops automatically and the buzzer is activated.

In the main menu page, press the "F2" button while doing manual work.

Press the “F1” key to start cooling, press the F1 / S key again to stop. Press the “F2” button to start heating, press the F2 / S button again to stop.

Wave cycle selection:

Press the “S” key to select the operational interface after switching on, press the “F4” key to select a different language category.

After providing eight different waves, please choose one based on your request. Press the F1 / F2 key to choose another wave, press F3 to examine the wave parameter, press 4 to confirm the selected wave:

 

First wave, use the same with 85Sn / 15Pb 70 Sn / 30Pb

Second wave, use the same with 63Sn / 37Pb 60 Sn / 40Pb

Third wave, use the same with Sn / Ag3.5; Sn / Cu 75 Sn / Ag4.0 / Cu.5

Wave four, use the same with Sn / Ag2.5 / Cu.8 / Sb.5; Sn / Bi3.0 / Ag3.0

Fifth wave, use it the same way as Heraeus PD955M.

Wave six, seven and eight, use the same with the circuit board returns to repair etc.

Waves 7 and 8, use the same with the wave cycle that you have defined yourself.

Press the “s” button to go to the temperature page,

Press F1/F2 button, ahead/ backwards select different time. Press F3/F4 button ,up/down to select different temperature, Press “s” button to save.

When the backup is complete, press the "F4" button to select the temperature wave. Press the "S" button to repeat.

Manual:

(1) slightly place the product to be treated in the oven drawer on the turntable, close the drawer, press F1 to turn it on, the automatic performance allows to select the heat wave, displays the current performance time, the temperature the LCD screen and automatically note the wave formed by the temperature.

(2) The whole process is under your supervision, you can see it through the drawer window, and you can see the data from the LCD screen. If the wave does not respond to your request, please modify the data yourself.

(3) The preset wave cycle is a function of the temperature required by the solder paste. You can pre-configure another wave cycle according to your needs.

(4) In the process, you can press "S" to force stop; When finished, the exhaust fan will operate automatically to cool, you can also force it to activate.

(5) Finish the welding. If somewhere is defective, you can resell it automatically or manually.

Operation suggestions:

(1) To meet the need to solder on both sides of the printed circuit, there is a specially designed fan duct in the machine. When the temperature differences on both sides of the circuit board are large, the patch can be sold on one side and, at the same time, it can also keep another side of the circuit board. To satisfy the soldering of the small card, please pre-install a 10 x 10 cm card, when soldering the small card and the solder ball. This will do the weld effect very well.

(2) When using the machine, please preheat it if the environment is low humidity, and too humid. The method: after choosing the wave cycle, start the machine with nothing in the drawer when using it for the first time.

(3) Attention: the machine cannot be used to weld the chips (the chips which have a strong flicker with a metallic encapsulation), and the "plastic plug-in panel" which cannot withstand a temperature of 250 degrees centigrade.

(4) About the machine temperature measurement method: Use the standard sealing glass. Attach the probe to the face of the circuit board (make sure it is the face), then place the circuit board in the drawer, close the drawer. And then you will get the actual temperature.

Interview:

a. Keep the interior of the machine clear. Please do as follows:

When using the machine several times, please turn on the "heater" and the "exhaust fan" two or three minutes by hand so that the flow remains in the machine volatilization. It will keep the interior of the machine clean and will stabilize the machine.

b. Clean the viewing glass in the drawer if necessary.

Warning !

(1) Make sure the power supply is connected to earth.

(2) Do not turn off the switch immediately after use, make sure the machine is cooling down, then turn off the switch and cut off the power supply.

(3) There is no way to get the smoke out. Please place the machine in a ventilated state to avoid poisoning (during the volatilization of the solder paste).

(4) The machine isolations were treated strictly. Do not disassemble the machine until there is safe protection.
