1. Check the sealing ring, wipe a little edible oil to increase the sealing

2. Rotate the lid

3. Install the pressure relief valve

4. Turn the black knob clockwise to tighten until the lid won't twist

5. Turn on the fire, after the pressure is released from the high pressure cooking pressure limiting valve, change to low heat for 3-5 minutes and stop the fire

6. Pull the pressure-limiting valve slightly by hand. If the air is not violent, you can pull the pressure-limiting valve out of the pot.

7. Red emergency pressure relief valve (pressure relief valve is when the hole of the pressure limiting valve is blocked, the air pressure in the pot cannot come out, then the pressure relief valve can discharge the air pressure in the pot to achieve protection)
