The product is a full copper wire core motor, genuine guarantee, one year warranty!
There is a wiring diagram on the product label. Please strictly follow the wiring diagram when wiring (some 220V models have been connected to the plug). Now we find that there are often customer wiring errors. Generally, after wiring, you find that the fan is reversed, abnormal noise, and excessive jitter , Abnormal burning smell, no rotation after power connection, please cut off the power and contact us immediately. If the motor is damaged due to wrong wiring or lack of three-phase phase, it is not covered by the warranty (we can detect it after disassembly).
The motor is not warranted under the following conditions: 1. The motor is exposed to water and damp 2. It is damaged by man-made damage. 3. The power supply is connected with the wrong wiring or the power supply is lacking in phase. 4. The motor is used in an environment that exceeds the range of the motor. ,In particular, the motor is not suitable for places with charged dust)
Except for the motor, the enclosure and blades of the fan are not covered by the warranty. If you receive the goods and find that the shell or blades are severely deformed due to express delivery, please take a picture and notify us immediately. We will reissue or replace it for you!

380V fan does not have a plug , it needs to be connected to the wiring terminal on the back.
